terms of service.
rizzler automates your dating apps on your behalf. that's powerful, and it comes with real responsibility. please read these terms carefully — they describe what we do, what we don't do, and what you're agreeing to when you sign up.
01 acceptance of these terms
these terms of service (“terms”) form a binding agreement between you and rizzler (“rizzler”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of the rizzler.io website, our waitlist, and any applications, features, or services we make available (collectively, the “service”).
by joining the waitlist, creating an account, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. if you do not agree, do not use the service.
02 who can use rizzler
you must be at least 18 years oldand able to form a binding contract under applicable law. rizzler is a tool for adults navigating adult dating platforms — we don't allow accounts for anyone younger, full stop.
you also need an account in good standing on at least one supported dating app (tinder, hinge, bumble at launch). if a dating app's own terms prohibit third-party automation in your jurisdiction, you are responsible for understanding that.
03 your account
you're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. tell us immediately at hey@rizzler.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
- one account per person.
- don't share your account, your invite link, or your code with anyone you wouldn't trust to act on your behalf.
- we may suspend or close accounts that appear automated, fraudulent, or in violation of these terms.
04 connected dating apps
rizzler reads and writes to your dating-app accounts on your behalf, with your explicit permission. you grant us a limited license to access those accounts solely to provide the service.
third-party dating apps are not affiliated with rizzler. their terms apply to your use of them. some platforms may, at their discretion, restrict or terminate accounts that use third-party tools. we do everything we reasonably can to behave like a normal human user — but we can't guarantee any specific platform's reaction.
you can revoke our access at any time from your settings. doing so will stop autopilot immediately and may disable parts of the service.
05autopilot & ai outputs
autopilot drafts messages, swipes, and other actions in your name. the outputs are generated by ai trained on patterns from your existing conversations and preferences.
- you are the author. messages sent through rizzler are sent by you, in your name, and are your responsibility.
- review modes.you can run rizzler in cruise mode (auto-send openers only) or full review (every message requires sign-off). pick what you're comfortable with.
- no fakes. rizzler will not lie about your identity, age, location, or material facts. if you ask it to, it will refuse — and we may suspend your account.
- no consent shortcuts.autopilot is for breaking the ice, not for pressure. it will not push past a “no” or repeat unanswered messages aggressively.
06 acceptable use
don't use rizzler to harass, deceive, harm, or extract anything from anyone you're matched with. don't use it for spam, commercial outreach, scams, sex work coordination, or to contact minors. don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service. don't try to make rizzler write content that violates its content policy — and don't use what comes out of it for anything illegal.
we monitor for abuse patterns. accounts caught violating this section get suspended without refund and may be reported to relevant platforms or authorities.
07 referral program
during pre-launch, every waitlist member gets a personal referral link. friends who join the waitlist via your link and download rizzler within 60 days of public launch count toward your tier:
- 10 referrals — 1 month free premium.
- 100 referrals — 6 months free premium + autopilot voices.
- 1,000 referrals — lifetime free premium + founder badge.
referrals must be unique humans with valid emails and accounts. self-referrals, bot signups, paid traffic, and incentivized clicks are disqualified. we may revoke perks for referral fraud at our sole discretion.
08billing & subscriptions
during pre-launch the service is free. when premium plans launch, you'll see prices clearly before you subscribe. subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. cancel anytime from settings — you keep premium until the end of the current period.
refunds are handled per platform policy (apple / google / stripe). reach out to hey@rizzler.iofor edge cases and we'll do what's fair.
09 termination
you can stop using rizzler at any time. delete your account from settings or email us. we'll wipe your data within 30 days, except where law requires us to retain it.
we may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if a connected platform requires it, or if continuing to provide the service would create unreasonable risk for us or other users.
10disclaimers & liability
the service is provided “as is” and “as available.”we don't guarantee dates, matches, replies, attraction, or any specific outcome. rizzler is a tool — what you do with it, and how it goes, is up to you and the people you talk to.
to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $100 usd. neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11 changes to these terms
we may update these terms from time to time. if we make material changes, we'll email everyone on the waitlist or with an active account at least 14 days before the changes take effect. if you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms.
